If you use 3 hardeners (1 invuln, 2 rat specifics) 1 cap recharger II an amp and a gist b xl booster, you can perma run it with 3 ccc rigs and decent skills. You can still fit 3 BCUs (and 2 PDS) so it dont effect your damage output either.
